Shipping policy

Café Papi may occasionally offer shipping promotions. At the moment, we offer free standard shipping on retail orders of two or more boxes in a single order. These promotions may change or end without prior notice.

Shipping fees for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. Any estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout are provided by our carriers and are for guidance only.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is in their care. Café Papi is not liable for delays or complications caused by customs processes, courier operations, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

If your order is subject to customs or import controls, any duties, taxes, or additional fees will be charged by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order details so we can assist and liaise with the carrier.
