Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Café Papi does not provide prepaid return labels.

We reserve the right to deduct a fee or reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
